These terms cover your use of miintlabs.io (the "site"), which is run by Miint Labs, LLC ("Miint Labs," "we," "us"), 24955 Pacific Coast Highway Ste A102, Malibu, CA 90265. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Everything on this site is general information about Miint Labs. It may be incomplete or out of date, and we can change it at any time without notice.

We may link to other sites, like clickmint.com. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement, and we don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Miint Labs, LLC and its owners, managers and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, that come from your use of the site or anything on it. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we agree to those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Everything else

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
