Privacy Policy

Miint Labs, LLC
Effective date: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how Miint Labs, LLC ("Miint Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through miintlabs.io (the "site"), and the rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

1. The short version

We collect what you send us, plus basic technical information from your visit.

We use it to reply to you, run the site and keep it secure.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't do cross context behavioral advertising.

You can ask to know, correct or delete what we have about you.

2. What we collect

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:

Identifiers. Your name, email address, phone number and company name, if you give them to us.

Information you submit in forms or email. Whatever you choose to include in a message, such as the reason you're getting in touch.

Internet or network activity. Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This may come from server logs and from cookies or similar tools that keep the site working, or that give us simple, aggregate traffic counts.

Inferences. None. We don't build profiles about you.

We don't intend to collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information or precise location. Please don't send it to us through the site.

3. Where it comes from

Directly from you when you fill out a form, email us or call us, and automatically from your browser or device when you visit the site.

4. How we use it

To read and reply to your messages and keep a record of our conversation.

To talk with you about a possible business relationship, if that's why you reached out.

To run, maintain and improve the site, and to protect it against spam, fraud and security problems.

To follow the law and protect our legal rights.

5. Who we disclose it to

We disclose personal information only to service providers that help us run our business, and only for the purposes above. Today that includes our website host and form provider (Webflow) and our email provider (Google). They are required to use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

6. We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We have not done so in the last 12 months. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

7. How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our normal business records, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period by our host under its own schedule. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law lets or requires us to keep it.

8. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

Know. Ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we disclosed it to, and get a copy of it.

Delete. Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you.

Correct. Ask us to fix personal information that's wrong.

Opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

Limit use of sensitive personal information. We don't use sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you this right. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

No discrimination. We won't treat you differently, charge you more or offer you less because you used any of these rights.

We try to honor reasonable privacy requests from people outside California too.

9. How to make a request

Email hello@miintlabs.io or call (424) 235-2235. Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you.

Verifying it's you. To protect your information, we'll confirm your identity before we act on a request, usually by matching the name and email address or phone number you used with us. We only use what you give us for verification to verify you.

Authorized agents. You can have someone else make a request for you. We'll ask for proof that you gave them permission, such as a signed note, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

Timing. We'll confirm we got your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why, and we can take up to 45 more days as the law allows. Requests are free. We may decline requests that are excessive or that the law doesn't require us to fulfill, and we'll explain why.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. Since we don't sell or share personal information, nothing about your visit changes. We also treat Do Not Track signals the same way.

11. Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. The site may use cookies or similar tools that it needs to work, and simple tools that count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

12. Children

This site is meant for adults. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we have. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything you consider highly sensitive.

14. Other sites

Our site links to other sites, like clickmint.com. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.

15. Changes

We'll update this policy when our practices change, and at least once every 12 months. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
